All dogs are required to have up-to-date vaccines including (DPP) Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Proof of vaccines must be provided yearly. 

Male dogs should neutered by 1 1/2. We do not accept dogs in canine estrus "heat". 

Dogs must be on a flea treatment program and proof provided yearly. If fleas are found on your dog, a flea bath will be given at the cost of $10. It is very important that your dog be flea free. 

A Temperament test of 30 minutes is required at no cost.  The owner is required to stay on site while the dog interacts with staff and dogs. Please call for an appointment. 

House Broken - Not required. While it would be nice if your dog was house trained it isn't a requirement.
